simple potato wedge recipe

potato wedges

These potato wedges are really really easy and make a great side for a lot of meals… enjoy some this weekend!


  • 4 potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp minced onion
  • 2 tbl olive oil
  • gallon zip lock bag
  • sea salt to taste


  1. heat oven to 450 degrees
  2. place potato wedges and all ingredients except sea salt into a gallon sized ziplock bag and secure closed.
  3. shake the full bag until all potato wedges are coated with the mixture
  4. bake potatoes for 45 minutes, let cool
  5. season with sea salt
