These potato wedges are really really easy and make a great side for a lot of meals… enjoy some this weekend!
- 4 potatoes, cut lengthwise into wedges
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp minced onion
- 2 tbl olive oil
- gallon zip lock bag
- sea salt to taste
- heat oven to 450 degrees
- place potato wedges and all ingredients except sea salt into a gallon sized ziplock bag and secure closed.
- shake the full bag until all potato wedges are coated with the mixture
- bake potatoes for 45 minutes, let cool
- season with sea salt
