Scouring pinterest you can find loads of DIY tutorials and right now I am loving felt flower clips for babies and children. Though if you get the basics down you can easily use the flowers you create to embellish cardigans, bags, pillows etc. These flowers are so lovely and really SO EASY to make!! An easy Sunday project.
This felt headband tutorial I just tried was so easy. It was actually relaxing to make and only really requires felt, a hot glue gun, and some scissors. Easy and cute. I think I am going to try adding some vintage buttons and little leaves for a little something extra.
The yellow felt flower tutorial pictured above would be great on a pillow or bag. I have had a lot of fun working on these tutorials and if you click on the photo you will be directed to the tutorial matching the image. So simple and felt is perfect for fall and winter looks. It gives a warmer, thicker barrette accessory that is perfect with coats and chilly weather.
Felt is also extremely affordable which is another plus to giving these projects a go! in all of your favorite colors!
