I wanted to hop on and share a few projects we’ve been working on lately. Since Earth Day is coming up I wanted to share some projects that celebrate our Earth while also use recycled materials. Above you’ll see our beautiful rainbow Earth collages made of cardboard and recycled magazines. We absolutely love collage around here.
Next up, a play dough sunshine. Check out the process video above.
Another fun Earth Day craft are these flowers made of egg cartons. A great way to recycle these unique shapes into something beautiful.
I set up this beautiful flower lagoon for my kids to play with as a sensory tray and they loved it. I loved setting it up and all of the beautiful colors. You can view the setup video over on my Instagram feed.
My son helped me set up this beautiful bleeding tissue paper rainbow made on photo paper.
Lastly, here is a fun little sail boat craft made of recycled paper towel rolls and recycled party bags. You can add a little washi tape for decoration on the side of the sail boats. We used ours in the flower lagoon above.
All of these projects are fun ways to celebrate on Earth Day.
